Will I have to pay custom charges on my order?
I am located in Ireland. Therefore, if you are not in the EU, it is likely that you will need to pay customs charge on your order. The customer is fully responsible for these charges.
My order has not arrived, what should I do?
If your order has not arrived in the time frame indicated when you placed the order, please use the contact form on this website to let me know and I will get in contact with the post office to rectify the issue.
Please note that if you are in the US, sometimes USPS marks the package as delivered when they have not yet delivered it. If the package does not arrive two working days after it has been marked as delivered, please use the contact form to contact me.
Why is shipping so expensive when buying multiple items?
Unfortunately, BigCartel only allows me to set shipping price per number of items rather than by weight. This means that the checkout simply calculates that two items are in the basket and not the size or weight of each item. Sometimes I can ship two small items for the price of one, but sometimes two big items in the same order mean that shipping will cost more, and unfortunately BigCartel does not allow me to input this size and weight info. Therefore, I always refund excess shipping back when multiple items are purchased.
Shipping on single item orders is always exact and no shipping costs will be refunded on those.
I placed two separate orders, can you ship them together?
Yes, permitting I have a box large enough, I always ship orders placed under the same name and address together, and refund any excess shipping costs that the customer paid. It does help if you can leave a note with one of your orders asking me to do it, just to bring it to my attention.
Can I return my plushie?
Unfortunately, I do not take returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, I will try my best to rectify it for you.
I had a plushie in my basket but when I finished checking out it said it was sold out, how can someone else purchase it if it was in my basket?
Items in your basket are not reserved. Unfortunately, you are not ensured the plushie until you have fully checked out.
I had a plushie in my basket that sold out before I finished checking out, but a charge is showing on my banking app?
Please note that a pending charge does not mean that money has been taken from your account. Any transactions that take place on this website are facilitated through Paypal, Stripe or Apple Pay, and should you have any queries regarding these transactions, these companies have customer services than can help you.
